What is a "100pixel"?
The "100pixel" is a basic square (not
animated) module of 100 pixels (10 pixels each side) Issued on
the home page of www.europixelitalia.com for
5 years on sale for 100 euros una tantum, value added tax included
(€ 83,3 + vat).

Issue
rules
When you buy, you acquire the three following rights:
1) You can choose the positioning you prefer, compatibly with
the spaces available and the orders received before yours (the
white "100pixel" bordering Italy excluded);
2) A text of "preview" will appear automatically when
the user positions the cursor on any of your "100pixel".
This text can be of 100 characters to the maximum (spaces included)
and can contain the comment you prefer: the name of your company,
institution, association, a slogan, your town, your province,
a short reference line;
3) A link to your website.
Now,
let's have a look at your duties:
1) You have to create the image of your "100pixel";
2) You can't change the image chosen, once you have sent it to
us;
3) You can't change the link, once you have chosen it;
4) You can't change the data of the preview text, once you have
sent them to us;
5) You can't buy the white "100pixel" bordering the
map of Italy (not to alter its geographical shape);
Important
clarifications
- Once your image and your link are issued in the home page, no
refund is possible; in the case of my mistakes, instead, the 5
years will start from the correct issue I will take care of.
- I will not accept any obscene or offensive image, nor any link
to indecent, violent or discriminatory site. It's only
up to me to judge!
- In the case you propose an indecent image or link I will ask
you for an alternative, only one, otherwise you
will have your money back (costs and commissions deducted) and
your foul 10x10 will leave this site ;-)... (notice: if the change
of the content of the site takes place after, I will be free to
decide to delete it without refunding you anything).
- If during the 5 years you want to remove your "100pixel"
for any reason, you will be free to do it, but without any refund,
and that space will become free for purchase and issue again.
- A temporary interruption of EuroPixelItalia will be possible
in the case of ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance, technical
problems or unpredictable causes, but I can assure you that any
disservice will be repaired in a short time and the time of interruption
will be recovered.
- WARNING: be suspicious of anyone who asks you for renewal,
supplements or support to other initiatives, in the future and
on my behalf: For
the next 5 years EuroPixelItalia will not cost you anything more!

Technical
specifications and hints
- The images are provided by the purchaser and have to be of the
exact dimension corresponding to the amount paid (ex.: 100 euros
= 1 "100pixel"; 1.000 euros = 10 modules "100pixel")
- The definition is of 72 dpi
- The images of the "100pixel" have to be in GIF format
- The images of the "100pixel" can't be animated
- The
links connect to only one web page address and have to begin by
http://
- The purchaser must have the authority to link the website and
to use the "100pixel" proposed
Commercial
and tax specifications
- Your "100pixel" will be visible on EuroPixelItalia
only after the payment will have been received
- I'm a freelance artist, but I'm commercially supported by a
serious concern that has worked for 15 years in the field of advertising:
that's why all the amounts are invoiced and the invoice is sent
in attachment by email (printable for your tax form)
- No discounts can be granted in the case you decide to buy more
than one "100pixel"
- Each amount will be invoiced, whether you can enjoy tax deduction
or you can't. Use the invoice… as you prefer!
